In this immersive workshop, Layla Martin and Dr. Baback Amen invite participants into the practice of conscious relating through ritual, presence, breath, and energetic attunement. Rooted in classical tantra, somatic awareness, and modern relational work, this offering explores how sacred rituals can deepen intimacy, strengthen trust, and create greater emotional and energetic coherence within ourselves and our relationships.

Open to both singles and couples, this experience offers grounded and accessible practices that can be integrated into daily life and future relationships. Whether you arrive with a partner or come alone, you’ll be guided into a safe and intentional space to explore connection, presence, and relational awareness.

Together, participants will explore The Sanctuary Ritual, a guided relational practice using breath, presence, and attunement to safely activate and circulate energy while remaining grounded, regulated, and deeply connected to self and other. The workshop also includes The Gratitude Ritual, a simple yet powerful daily practice designed to cultivate emotional intimacy, appreciation, and trust through intentional reflection and presence.

She is the founder of the VITA™ Method, blending ancient tantric wisdom with modern somatic and relational work. Through her courses, teachings, and podcast This Tantric Life, she has guided millions in exploring intimacy, embodiment, healing, and conscious sexuality.

Dr. Baback Amen

Dr. Baback Amen is a physician, mystic, and teacher working at the intersection of science and spirituality. Trained in anaesthesiology and functional medicine, his work draws upon systems biology, quantum mechanics, and ancient wisdom traditions to explore human potential, bodily coherence, and awakening.mHe teaches internationally on longevity, consciousness, and the deeper intelligence of the body.
