In this fascia-led somatic yin and sound immersion, Carlos invites you into a space where stillness, movement, and sound meet. Through deep, supported shapes and gentle transitions, the body is given time to soften, release, and reorganize from within.

As tension dissolves, movement begins to arise more effortlessly, guided by sensation rather than structure. This practice explores the body through fascia awareness, inviting greater sensitivity, ease, and connection between body and mind. Sound weaves through the experience, supporting the nervous system into a state of receptivity and presence, allowing you to feel more deeply and respond more intuitively.

Carlos Romero is the founder of the Livin Inspired School of Yoga & Somatics and a pioneer in fascia-led, soma-first education. With over 25 years of experience, his work integrates somatic awareness, Body-Mind Centering principles, and fascia intelligence, bridging movement, breath, sound, and perception. He has guided thousands of students worldwide through immersive trainings and workshops.

Through his approach, Carlos creates spaces where participants can reconnect with their bodies in a direct and experiential way, cultivating awareness, regulation, and embodied clarity.
