Primal Movement

What if your body already knows how to move? In this Primal Movement workshop, Audrey invites you to step beyond habitual patterns and reconnect with a more instinctive, alive way of moving. Inspired by animal locomotion, this practice awakens the body’s natural capacities to crawl, climb, adapt, and flow through space.

We begin with guided breathwork to ground into the present moment, opening the body and awakening the senses. From there, movement unfolds with music, guiding you through patterns that support mobility, strength, and fluidity.

About

Audrey Nérat de Lesguisé is a Parkour Primal athlete based in Andorra, with a background in competitive gymnastics. Her path led her away from structured training and into a more intuitive, nature-based way of moving. Her work is rooted in the belief that the body already holds its own intelligence, and that movement is something we remember rather than learn. Through her approach, she invites others to reconnect with their body in a way that is grounded, instinctive, and free.
