Through breath and sound, you are invited into a moment of true pause, a moment to listen inward, to meet what has been hidden, and to release what is ready to move. Guided by an immersive soundscape and held in presence, this journey supports a deep shift in subconscious patterns, opening space to reconnect with a more embodied experience of love.

It is both transformative and nurturing, a space for release as much as for softness, where the body is invited to lead and the nervous system can gently unwind. Moving through breathwork, eye gazing, and embodied movement, you are supported in returning to yourself, layer by layer.

About

Julia Grant-Scott’s path has been one of devotion to self-discovery, guided through acting, yoga, dance, breathwork, and sound. Each practice has shaped her relationship to life, weaving together a way of holding space that is both grounded and deeply intuitive. Her work with breath and sound is offered as a prayer. A space where people are invited to reconnect with themselves, with their inner world, and with something greater than the mind can grasp. Through her guidance, participants are supported to access deeper dimensions of being, and to enter a space of communion, presence, and remembrance.
