“Gong SPA” Sound healing is a tool to aid you in arriving at the depths of yourself. With a variety of healing instruments you are invited on a journey into the subconscious where there is potential to release trauma, relax deeply and meet your inner creative source.

GONG – one of the world’s oldest instruments, will help You achieve a deep state of relaxation. Sound healing will contribute to increasing creativity and multiplies the activity of the immune system. For the journey to hold a space there are a set of beautiful and magical instruments: Violin, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Harmonium, Bamboo Flute, Frame Drum, Crystal Bowls, Planetary Gongs (Sun, Venus, Mars, Creation), Human Voice.

About Ananda and Kaushalya

Ananda and Kaushalya were born in Northern Estonia – the land of fairytale forests and crystal clear springs.
Their journey began in 1999 through various music projects, a common interest in Eastern philosophy, meditation, indigenous cultures and practicing Tibetan sound healing methods.
Music is a sacred tool or key, to enter into the invisible world.

In their creation, you can experience uplifting “language” between sound and silence. Ananda and Kaushalya are multi instrumental musicians, sound healers, voice and rhythm teachers, Sound healing trainers, composers, songwriters, music producers and cacao facilitators. They developed their system called “GONG SPA”, using an approach to relaxation, meditation, joy and transformation based on existential psychology and sound therapy.
