A deep exploration of Kundalini through the lens of Shaiva Tantra. In this session, Sara invites you beyond performative yoga and into a more direct, felt experience of your inner landscape. Through a balance of structure and fluidity, you’ll be guided into the space between control and surrender, where movement becomes a doorway into awareness.

The practice weaves together asana, meditation, and pranic energy, awakening the body’s innate intelligence and allowing Kundalini to be experienced as a living, evolving force. Rather than focusing on doing, this is an invitation to feel. To soften the analytical mind and reconnect with the body as a gateway to presence.

Sara Nory is a Swedish-Iranian artist and practitioner devoted to exploring consciousness through embodied practice. She is the founder of Guided You, a platform rooted in Shaiva Tantra, yogic traditions, and indigenous wisdom. Her work centers on the direct, visceral experience of Kundalini, using both movement and stillness to guide people into deeper connection with themselves. With a heart-centered and intuitive approach, she creates spaces where structure and flow meet, inviting a shift from external form into internal awareness.
