Doug Evans is the founder and CEO of The Sprouting Company, bestselling author of The Sprout Book, and a pioneer in the modern health food movement.

A former paratrooper in the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division, Doug has spent more than two decades helping people rethink how they grow, eat, and experience food. Throughout his career, he has continuously explored the intersection of wellness, innovation, and conscious living, always guided by a passion for making health more accessible and empowering.

Doug previously co-founded Organic Avenue and later founded Juicero before launching The Sprouting Company and Wonder Valley Hot Springs in the Mojave Desert.
