In this Gong SPA experience, Ananda & Kaushalya guide you into the depths of your inner world through a rich and carefully woven soundscape. As you soften into the space, layers of tension begin to dissolve, allowing the body to enter a state of deep relaxation and receptivity. At the heart of the journey is the gong, an ancient and powerful instrument whose resonant waves move through the body and mind, supporting renewal, awakening creativity, and restoring the body’s natural balance.

Surrounding this, a symphony of instruments unfolds, including violin, Tibetan singing bowls, harmonium, bamboo flute, frame drum, crystal bowls, planetary gongs, and voice. Each element carries its own frequency, coming together in a field of vibration that nurtures, grounds, and elevates.

Ananda & Kaushalya are sound healers, musicians, and facilitators devoted to the transformative power of sound. Born in Northern Estonia, their journey began through music and a shared exploration of Eastern philosophy, meditation, indigenous traditions, and Tibetan sound healing. Over the years, they have woven their path through sound healing trainings, retreats, and creative collaborations as composers and producers. For them, music is a sacred tool, a bridge between awareness and the subconscious. Through their work, they create immersive sound experiences that move between sound and silence, inviting a deeper connection to the unseen and the felt.
