From Tension to Trust: A Feminine Body De-Armoring Ritual

A somatic journey for women ready to soften, and lead from their heart. We carry tension in our bodies not just from stress—but from inherited survival. We learned to hold it all together, to protect ourselves through control, silence, or perfection. Often, this armoring began in our earliest experiences of love—passed down from generations of women who were never taught how to feel safe in their own bodies.This workshop invites you to gently unwind that tension. Through breath, movement, sound, and sacred witnessing, we’ll travel through the key portals of feminine de-armoring—releasing stored emotion and returning to trust, truth, and the softness that is our strength. So that we may become women who carry the medicine of the heart into all our relations.

About Miriam

Miriam Adler is a visionary in women’s empowerment, relational intimacy, and transformation. As the founder of La Luna, Miriam brings her deep wisdom and extensive experience to guide others in reconnecting with their core essence. With training in breathwork, somatic embodiment, trauma therapy, kundalini yoga, psychology, and constellation work, Miriam’s mission is to create safe spaces for profound transformation. Her work supports people in moving through fear, flourishing in their relationships, and living in alignment with their truest selves.
