About Meghan Currie

Meghan Currie’s yoga style is an unexpected blend of strength and playfulness, featuring intuitive, dance-like, and slow fluid movements that use breath awareness to deepen somatic connections. With 25 years of practice and 15 years of teaching experience, she creates sequences that challenge the body, focus the mind, and inspire self-expression. Meghan leads workshops, retreats, and festivals, encouraging participants to embrace curiosity and the full spectrum of their being.
