Cosmological Qigong: Awareness, Understanding & Imagination

Through a Daoist lens, we will explore the five elements within your body and how they meet the five elements of existence.

The body is born open and connected. Yet, through early life experience, we often learn to mistrust and collapse in the face of difficulty. Practice is where we learn—or remember—how to meet the full spectrum of life with an open and available breath, body, and spirit. It is where we reclaim our inherent trust in the web of life and become receptive to the lessons it offers.

In this session:

Deepen your sense of embodied presence.
Be nourished in the source of your creation.
Open the antenna of your body, heart, and mind.
Cultivate your internal energies and explore how they transform into external gestures—ones that can, with ever greater artistry, touch the textures of your relationships, work, and community.

About Eli

Eli Buren has been on a dedicated spiritual path since 1998, with in-depth training in embodied presence, depth meditation, men’s work, yoga of awareness, sacred intimacy, martial arts, leadership, and most importantly: how these disciplines may be lived in a down-to-earth manner.

Eli has taught workshops, retreats, and worked with clients internationally since 2005, working with thousands of people across the USA, Europe, and Asia.

Eli has studied with a wide spectrum of teachers. Most notably, he has a long-standing mentorship with David Deida, as teacher and collaborator, beginning in 2004 until the present, including 8 formative years teaching the men’s morning embodiment sessions during Deida’s intensives.
