Carlos Romero, founder of the Livin Inspired School of Yoga, Embodiment & Somatics, is dedicated to cultivating coherence within the body-mind complex—a transformative journey into authenticity, embodiment, and creative self-expression. His fascination with the healing arts, connective tissues, and the fascia, along with the cellular intelligence of the body, has inspired his quest to create a space where yogis can find their own meaningful connection to life force while opening up the energetic lines of the body and uncovering spaces through conscious breath and movement.

Carlos is renowned for guiding students to connect with the sensations of their inner universe, facilitating deeper experiences of stillness and awareness. With over 20 years of self-exploration and practice in Somatic Awareness, Body-Mind Centering, Somatic Movement Therapy, Integrative Somatic Trauma Healing, and the therapeutic role of sound frequency in healing.
