In this deeply nourishing sound healing journey, Sabrina creates a sacred space using crystal singing bowls and an intuitive voice. She guides participants into a state of inner stillness where body, mind and spirit can soften and realign. Her Soul Sound Sanctuary invites gentle nervous system regulation and emotional release, while activating deep cellular healing. Participants are invited to lie down, receive, and simply be. The session is a meditative, sensorial experience – soft, yet powerful. Sabrina’s presence is both grounding and heart-opening, allowing each soul to remember its own rhythm and resonance.

Preparation

Please bring a yoga mat, light blanket, and something soft to cover the eyes. Come in comfy clothes, open to receive.

She creates soft, grounding spaces for healing through voice, crystal bowls, and presence — inviting others to reconnect with their inner rhythm, stillness, and truth. Rooted in love and authenticity, she shares a life of conscious family living with her partner and child. Her work is guided by heart, intuition, and a deep trust in the healing power of sound and stillness.
