A Quick Tune-Up

This session begins with light hypnosis and the subtle vibrations of tuning forks placed on and around the body, guiding you into deep relaxation. From here, Ethan intuitively reads your energy body and works with targeted pressure points and prāṇāyāma techniques to restore flow and release what has been held.

Like tuning an instrument, your body and mind come back into coherence. You leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more aligned.

Preparation

To support the depth of the session, you are invited to keep your body light throughout the day, ideally with fruit and coconut water, and to avoid caffeine beforehand.

Wear something comfortable and flowy, as the session is fully clothed. You may also come with something on your heart or mind, a pattern, tension, or question, allowing the work to meet you more deeply.
