Water Therapy: A Journey Into Flow & Wholeness

Eli offers water therapy sessions as a deeply embodied process that goes beyond words, guiding individuals into states of release, healing, and reconnection and bliss. Held by the warm water of Flying Pool Project, a heated therapy pool, and her attentive presence, people can access physical, emotional, and energetic layers of themselves. The water becomes a safe, supportive space where tension melts, buried memories surface, and emotions move and integrate. Growing up by the shores of the Mediterranean, Eli has always felt a deep sense of belonging in water, and today she shares this intimate relationship as a living practice. Through this journey, control gives way to surrender, and disconnection transforms into connection. Her intention is to awaken the natural qualities of water, flow, adaptability, and tender strength, supporting one to move through life with more ease, authenticity, and alignment.
