Sandra has been working as a bodyworker for over 30 years, offering holistic sessions that integrate emotional healing. Her practice draws from a rich background in modalities such as Shiatsu, Lomi Lomi Nui, and PainRelease, as well as ThetaHealing, Sound Journeys, Yoga, and Watsu. As a dedicated practitioner, she also facilitates women’s empowerment, leads retreats, and offers massage trainings and coaching, creating transformative experiences that nurture both body and soul.
