In this craniosacral therapy session your body will be invited to let go of tension and return to its natural rhythm. With light contact along your head, spine, and sacrum, you’ll be guided into a space of stillness, where you are simply held and supported as your body remembers how to heal itself. Subtle shifts may arise—like the release of old stress or a newfound sense of clarity—as your body begins to unwind from within.

About Sofia

Sofia is a movement lover, craniosacral therapist, yoga teacher, dancer and CBC facilitator. She is devoted to guiding people back into their bodies, through embodiment, poetry and the medicine of the heart. Sharing various practices she offers classes, retreats and immersive workshops worldwide. She is passionate about reconnecting people to their authentic Self, allowing everyone’s own unique spark to blossom.
