Womb/Hara Somatic Shamanic Healing

This session offers a deep exploration of the sacred intelligence of the Womb and Hara—energetic centers of creation, life-force, and ancestral memory—open to all genders. These areas often store unprocessed emotions, trauma, and inherited imprints that can manifest as physical or emotional imbalances.

The session combines Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage), De-armouring, Reiki, and shamanic womb healing to create a safe space for deep release and transformation. Through touch, breathwork, and energy work, participants reconnect with stored sensations and memories, unlocking emotional healing, sensuality, self-trust, and a return to their natural state of inner wholeness.

Preparation

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a shawl to lie on.(Your abdomen will be open during the session.) Please don’t eat for 3 hours before the session. Allow some time after for integration.

– We can’t do this session if you are on antidepressant medication, if you suffer from a diagnosed mental illness.
– If you are a woman, please let me know if you are pregnant, menstruating, or wearing an IUD at the time of our session.

About Selene

Selene blends ritual work and somatic healing, drawing from trainings in Kaula Tantra, sexual shadow, somatic & shamanic womb healing, and female & trauma-informed yoga.
A practitioner of Chi Nei Tsang, de-armouring, womb massage, Thai massage, Reiki, and womb Reiki, she weaves together ceremonial work, embodiment, and ancestral remembrance. With over 10 years of experience, Selene holds retreats, trainings, and 1:1 sessions for all genders in Greece, honoring the sacred feminine.
