Nadeshwari will begin LUCE session by facilitating “body perception” to prepare You to receive. Then she will begin to open healing spaces through emanation of specific codes for “Grief Relief” – to release the pain of loss present in that moment – and for “Clear Head” to create space in the mind. She will continue the session with an Ayurvedic touch on the abdomen, chest and head to embody the healing session. The session concludes with a healing mantra or a forest’s chant to integrate the new energetic constellations that cyclically knock at our door.

About Nadeshwari

Beginning her healing journey at 13 under the guidance of her father, an Ayurvedic Vaidya and spiritual teacher, Nadeshwari has since cultivated a diverse range of modalities. Her work is rooted in the Curanderos lineage of Veracruz, Prenatal and Birth Therapy, and sacred sound practices—including the “Yoga of Sound” and the Txana initiation from the Varinava tribe in Brazil. Guided by the rhythms of the stars, seasons, and the body, her approach fosters deep reconnection with natural coherence. For over 13 years, she has supported women through circles and Yogini Shakti Teacher Trainings, blending ancient wisdom with embodied feminine empowerment.
