About Paula

Dr. Paula Strakos founded the Journey Within Institute for Tantra in Berlin which is a reference to experience and learn Tantra Massage in Europe. She developed her own method, giving it a modern Therapeutic and trauma-informed approach. Next to her tantric studies and certifications, she is also trained as a body- psychotherapist, energy healer, tantra-yoga teacher and meditation&intuition facilitator. Her PhD was completed on human rights. All her Sessions and Workshops aim at allowing more life-force to flow through the body and release any blockages that might be on the way of living a truly authentic and free life.
