Rooted in emotion and informed by her classical, jazz, and African musical studies, Lubiana weaves together sounds from Africa, Europe, and North America. A rare female kora virtuoso, her journey spans from open mic stages in London, Paris, and Los Angeles to deep immersion in the musical traditions of Cameroon, Mali, Gambia, and Senegal.

Her artistry reflects a deep reverence for ancestral heritage and a devotion to sonic beauty that transcends borders, carried through collaborations with masters such as Toumani Diabaté, and expressed through a voice that is both timeless and uniquely her own.
