In this immersive session, Ting Ting Guan invites you into a meditative movement journey where breath and energy guide the way. Together, we will explore spiraling patterns that support the natural flow of Qi through the body, opening pathways within the meridian system and cultivating a sense of vitality and ease. Through a combination of floor-based and standing movements, you will gently build strength, flexibility, and awareness. This is a practice of listening, of following subtle rhythms rather than forcing outcomes and allowing movement to arise from within.

Ting Ting Guan is a pioneer in meditative movement, devoted to guiding people back into a deeper relationship with their bodies, breath, and inner flow. With over twenty years of experience in the wellness space, she has developed the GuanJing Method, a unique approach that weaves together Qi Gong, yoga, and intuitive dance. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, her work centers around the cultivation and circulation of Qi through spiraling, fluid movement.

Her teachings invite a shift away from rigid structure and into embodied presence. Through gentle yet powerful practices, students are guided to awaken the meridian system, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance between yin and yang. Ting Ting’s approach is both intuitive and deeply grounded.
