In this 90-minute journey, Melanie guides a gentle yin breathwork practice designed to calm the nervous system and deepen awareness of the body. Through conscious, slow breathing, layers of tension begin to soften, creating space for rest, release, and quiet connection within.

The experience flows into a sound healing journey with Molly, where vibration and frequency support integration and allow the body to settle even deeper. Together, breath, stillness, and sound create a field of safety, clarity, and embodied presence.

Melanie is the founder of Bali Breathwork, an experienced breathwork facilitator, and teacher trainer devoted to guiding others into deeper connection with their bodies and breath.

Her work centers around nervous system regulation and conscious breathing, with a focus on slow, restorative practices that support long-lasting integration. Through retreats and trainings around the world, she creates grounded, accessible spaces for people to reconnect with presence, resilience, and inner strength.
