About Macarena

Macarena, founder of Ocean Breath Barcelona and creator of the NeuroBreathe program and Breathe Like a Pro: Master Your Mind, has traveled to over 50 countries exploring yoga, breathwork, freediving, and cold exposure.

Her path deepened after a serious motorcycle accident in Thailand and a long recovery process, where she discovered the healing power of the breath.

She trained in breathwork in Bali, freediving in the Canary Islands, and cold exposure methods to manage chronic pain. With a Master’s degree in Neuroscience, she brings a science-based approach to her work.

Based in Barcelona, she leads courses and trainings worldwide, helping people unlock their full potential through breath.
