About Helena

Helena is an artist and storyteller who integrates dance, movement, and plant-based practices into her creative work. Her workshops for children focus on fostering freedom of expression, authenticity, and a meaningful connection with the natural world. Helena is also a certified Moon Mother, offering womb healing, postnatal massage, and women’s circles. She is the founder of Womb Garden Botanicals and lives year-round on Corfu with her two sons, Eden and Orfeo.
